Our 2016 is ultra-ripe, full-bodied and opaque in color, as it should be. The nose is ripe and bold with blackberry jam, plum and cedar aromas.The palate is fleshy in texture, with excellent depth, firm structure, and a long, mildly tannic finish with a hint of clove.
The vibrant ruby color of our Pinot Noir showcases intense flavors of wild strawberry, cherry, red raspberry and currant notes. There are back notes of pomegranate, sweet vanilla and earthy herbal hints, framed by a quiet but strong acidity, which supports the fully integrated fruit.
Delicate strawberry, wild cherry, cranberry and soft lemon-lime provide a soft yet vibrant texture with milder notes of Red Delicious apple, rose water and guava, leading to a lingering fruit finish, perfect for a variety of foods.
A complex blend of Pinot Noir clones 777, Pommard and Calera, epitomizing the voluptuous side of Pinot Noir. A seductive nose of ripe raspberry and black cherry unfold into dark fruit ﬂavors, warm baking spices, and a long, luxurious ﬁnish.
