Membership Policies:

Customization: We encourage you to try the newly released wines that have been allocated to you. However, you are welcome to make substitutions or add bottles before our processing date.  You can do this by emailing wineclub@scheidfamilywines.com or logging into your account and clicking on "Club List" and then "Edit Club." We cannot swap bottles or make changes to your order after billing.
Shipping: Wine deliveries require a signature by law by an adult 21 years of age or older, and missed shipments that are returned will result in a shipping charge. We recommend shipping to a business address if available. We legally cannot accept returns of alcohol. Once your order is processed, we can no longer make changes to the scheduled shipping date, so please let us know ahead of time if you need to delay shipping.  Unreported changes of address, non-delivery & forwarding of packages will result in a $20 fee.
Billing: You will receive an email notification two weeks before billing. Your card will be automatically charged for each shipment. Tasting room or website purchases do not count towards your club commitment. It is your responsibility to change your billing and shipping information as needed.
-Sales and alcohol tax are added in states where applicable, and shipping limits may apply.
Cancellations: By signing up for Vin’s Club, you agree to a two-shipment commitment. Requests must be made in writing prior to the next scheduled shipment by emailing wineclub@scheidvineyards.com. Early cancellation may be subject to additional fees for discounts previously received on wine or tasting experiences. We reserve the right to request additional information, reject any membership request, or cancel any membership.
