Have you ever wondered what a specific aroma or taste is in wine?
In this session of Wine Summer School, we will explore various sensory components found in wine, helping you identify tastes such as sweetness, acidity and bitterness as well as aromas like floral, oak or herbal. Then we will try to identify a wine based on these components and how each of our individual memories shape our perception of a wine.
This is a basic wine class that would be fun for all levels of wine drinkers.
