This class, led by Winemaker Marta Kraftzeck will cover sparkling wine production from several regions of the world including Cava, Prosecco, Champagne and of course our own Isabelle! Find out a little about the history of sparkling wines, what grapes are used, how these wines are made, what the difference is between the various sparkling wines and ultimately why they taste like they do.
