Did you know that two of the most beloved comforts, bread and wine, require yeast to achieve their final product? Join us in tasting bread and wine made from native yeast straight from our Riverview Vineyard and learn about the differences between commercial and native yeast.
Tickets include an educational tasting of 5 white wines paired with bites of two different styles of bread loaves. Guests will also take home a loaf of bread made with our native Riverview Vineyard yeast.
