How to access the Employee Wine Shop:

You must be logged in to your Scheid Account to access the page. If you are not, please go to the Login | Scheid Vineyards website and log in with the email that is on your Scheid account. Then you should be able to access the Employee Wine Sale by going back through the direct link.

If you have not updated your account since the new system launch you will need to create a new account. It will be the same email on your Scheid account, you just need to reset the password.

Enter the email that is on your Scheid Account, then an email will be sent to reset your password.

Click the Reset password button in the email that was sent to you.

Create and confirm a new password that will now be linked to your Scheid account.

Once you have your account and are logged in, you will now have access to Employee Wine Sale – Scheid Vineyards by going back directly through the link provided.

Pay attention to the price on the far right to see the before price and the sale price! Be sure to look out for Stars on the sale to see highlighted wines!

Please note case size before purchase. To the right of the price will be listed Case, 6-pack, 6x4Case or magnum.

Once in the employee portal, please note the following areas: 

Pick-up Locations: “Employee Only – Greenfield & Employee Only – Salinas” any other option will not be processed. During checkout DO NOT SELECT SHIPPING. You must select an Employee Only pick-up location.

Please note the following guidelines for the Employee Wine Shop!

  • Resale of wine is strictly prohibited.
  • This site is available for active employees only, do not share your login.
  • Orders placed by 3:30pm on Tuesdays will be available Friday of that week for pickup. Orders placed after this will be available the following week, beginning on Friday.
  • Pickup is available every weekday between 8:00am and 4:00pm.  We will have two pickup locations available – Salinas Warehouse or Greenfield Warehouse. If any other location is selected, your order will be directed to the Salinas Warehouse.
  • No shipping is available.  Remote employees may contact Chip Fratangelo for arrangements chip.fratangelo@scheidfamilywines.com
  • All wines are sold by the case.  Please note the case size when placing your order – there are 12-packs, 6-packs, and magnums included in this shop.
  • Orders will be processed on a first come first serve basis.
